simply because the masters no longer exist or
there is simply no demand for it to appear on CD.

I simply take your LP, Cassette and or 8 Track and
transfer to my computer and using Adobe Audition,
a computer program, I can transfer your precious
memory to CD.
If cassettes are hissy, or LP's scratchy, they can be
repaired using special programs contained within
Adobe Audition
